Meet Oscar.

Oscar has been waiting at our holding facility for almost 2 years. Day after day, he watches other dogs come and go while he patiently waits for someone to give him a chance.

Oscar is a gentle soul. He’s shy around people at first and needs a patient home willing to let him move at his own pace. But one thing is certain—he absolutely loves other dogs and truly shines when he has a canine companion by his side. Having another dog in the home helps build his confidence and gives him the comfort he needs.
