Hi, Friends...It's Betty Hill, Co-Founder of Ellington Farm Ranch Rescue here in historic Calvert, TX, asking for your emergency donation help for a slew of dogs needing our help asap...at least 2 Great Pyrenees Mamas at one location with new litters in a really rural area. One, I'm told, is in need of a medical nutritional program. Hopefully, we will have photos soon...2 really sweet under-nourished Pit or Pit mix males who need Vet checkup with shots and neutering asap...Pls donate so we can have these higher priced procedures done now!!! More Mama Dogs with puppy litters have been found too close to roads or in other unsafe areas and we are working with specific breed societies to get them safe and healthy. We have lots of work to quickly get done. I am told by the people who called asking for our help that the other Rescues they contacted could not help them...So, we are their last resort...Please donate asap. We need your donation help, please. It truly is a matter of life or death for these precious dogs who give so much love if given the chance to do so. The Rescue is also working with a 30 year old horse/pony bonded duo to handle their specific problems, nutritional weight-gaining program for the horse, and medically supervised procedures for pony's damaged rear hoof. All of this takes hard work and time...and love and responsible human interaction...And caring donations, large or small, from caring friends like all of YOU. PREGNANT. TRIGGER WARNING. LOSE FAITH IN RESCUE WARNING.

This is a plea to RESCUE. See, I don’t normally tag rescues, like no way, I’d be mad if they tagged me. So I’m not tagging anybody.

This post is also for the networkers that will tag me on this dog, probably lose faith in Rescue and probably won’t be able to sleep tomorrow night, and will ask how I will be able to because I cannot take her and no one is going to step up with what we need if I did take her.

I cannot, and will not, stress my staff, the 200 dogs onsite at the rescue now, or our future, by taking on a case that we absolutely cannot afford mentally or financially. 

There are also six other healthy adoptable huskies on the euthanasia lists today in three Oklahoma shelters. If I have space for mom and puppies then I have space for six adult dogs instead.
So let’s just go ahead and have the conversation now.
THE ONLY WAY that I could take this girl is if somebody wants to front the 10k that her rescue and her babies will cost as well as somebody that will keep all those babies in their home and find them homes themselves.
Under no circumstances, can I bring this dog to the rescue, so, if no one steps up for her, she will be euthanized tomorrow, and it is not my freaking fault and not only will I reach through Facebook and smack you, demand to know why you didn’t step up, but I will block you from seeing H3 huskies anywhere.

Now that that’s off my chest I hope those that think that I am the savior of all the Huskies will just not go there. 

If there is a rescue out there that will take this husky, I’ll pledge 500 to take care of mommies needs.

So there it is. I’m telling you now. I cannot take this dog. 
If somebody wants to drop that billion I’ll build a mommy Rescue building on my property and take all the mommies. In the meantime, I’ve already given up $1 million of my own money my family, my home, my time, hell even my marriage and my sanity for these huskies and yes, this is me projecting my future guilt for not taking the dog.

So who’s got $10,000 and 10 weeks plus up to 10 homes for who knows what breed of puppies, because somebody didn’t bother to spay her and give her life she deserves?
