MaeDay Rescue MaeDay Rescue is a 501c3 animal rescue organization based in Los Angeles. Her passion is animals; with each one she saves, it's as if she is saving Maggie Mae.

We are solely based in Los Angeles and are not affiliated with any other organizations. MaeDay is named after Natalie's dog, Maggie Mae, whose life was taken after a roll over accident on the freeway in 2010. Since the accident, Natalie has volunteered at local California animal shelters and with Mexican animal shelters, fostering and finding homes for hundreds of dogs and cats. She has volunteere

d at Spay/Neuter clinics and is currently planning a Mae-Day spay/neuter clinic for the fall of 2014. This page is meant to spread awareness and share the work that Mae-Day is doing, along with promoting Mae-Day events and Mae-Day animals. All donations are appreciated and will help all fur babies!! Vicki is HOME! This big girl has found the perfect family thanks to and we couldn’t be happier. When I first saw Vicki at South LA shelter and reached out about her to I just had a gut feeling that she was a special soul. Thankfully I wasn’t wrong and she went from having zero adoption interest to finding the best family who was instantly obsessed with her (as it should be).

Vicki is now named Ruby and she originally had bad cherry eyes which we were able to fix thanks to our vet We are so grateful to her main foster and her temp foster Because of this village she is safe and now will be forever spoiled.

Pigeon and Orbit are still hoping to get adopted together. Pigeon was a solo kitten and quickly bonded with Orbit and his litter. Now that all the other kittens are gone, orbit is the last one and these boys are happy to have each other. They are both about 10 weeks old, social, loving, litter trained and healthy.

They’d also be happy getting adopted separately into homes with other cats. They are growing up and this is the best time for them to bond with their family.

Don’t over think, ADOPT LINK! Okay, I have just been wanting to say that, but did my message work? Do you feel compelled to put in an application for him? Once you put in an application to meet any of our dogs, we then send you a private link where we ask you to upload a video home tour and introduce yourself on camera. Since all of our dogs are in foster care, we do this for our safety and yours. Plus, we don’t want to waste anyone’s time in case the dog isn’t a match.

Link however, would be a match for anyone! He likes other dogs, is a chill older gentleman, and potty trained. Also, he is hypoallergenic!

Thanks to & for just becoming TWO time Maeday adopters, by making it official with Frogger! This guy was originally was found in Frogtown in a trash pile covered with fleas and dirt a couple weeks ago by Thanks to his rescuer she was able to jump in and foster and thank you to his temp foster. Because of a network of people he was saved & is now home. He has a brother, Maeday Nico who was adopted from us about 7 years ago - slide to see Nico’s original adoption pic.

We are so happy that his story has a happy ending and to get adopted by a home that we already know spoils their dogs! Have a great life bud, thanks for being a Maeday pup 🐶

Everytime I get a picture from Roomba’s Foster mom, all I see is a toupee. Does it look like she’s wearing a toupee to anyone else? Roomba is so much calmer now that her sister Zumba went on an adoption trial. Roomba ideally would find a forever home that has another playful dog in it who wants to be her best friend.

Artemis is slowly watching all her kittens get adopted and she is still looking for a home. As a good mom, she is happy for her babies and wants to see them thrive. Being a young cat herself, at 1 year old she also deserves to find her forever home where she can retire from mom life.
