Notice to all of our clients: 🐩🐾✂️
We will not be grooming or working Aug 28 through Sept 8. Blair’s wedding is Aug 30th and the next day , we will be moving to our new house.
We have just a few appointments available the week of the 24th or after Sept 8 providing we are moved in and ready by then. 🙏

We truly appreciate all of our clients… and we are not trying to be rude at all. But we are having a problem with getting paid at time of service. From this day forward.. we ask that you pay before leaving with your dog. Just because we accept Venmo doesn’t mean pay later. We have had to ask people through out the evenings ( after we are finished grooming) to pay us . We really find it awkward to “ Dunn” our clients. And we have to remember who paid already and who didn’t . So please pay us at or just before pickup. Thank you so much. Darleen and Bri. 🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️

To our clients:
We are taking Christmas break the week of Christmas. We are booked up the week before Christmas, 12/15 - 12/19. I know we have some that have not scheduled yet and will want their fur babies Christmas ready. We only have a few slots open next week, the week of the 8th. If you are wanting to get your babies in, please go ahead and schedule! We just don’t want anyone to be unhappy or have messy fur babies come Christmas. Let’s get them festive and beautiful! 🎄😁💕🐶🐩🐾🐕‍🦺🎄

FYI Going forward we are going to have to implement a few changes. As you know we don't crate your fur babies. Nor do we intend to start. We groom by appts and do not keep them all day . With that being said going forward there will be an additional charge of $10.00 for every 30 minutes you are late picking up. We absolutely hate doing this. But when someone is late it holds us up and we can't move on to the next client. We will continue sending a text letting you know when they are almost ready as we have always done in the past. Please know we love your fur babies like our own and we appreciate your business.
