💜 BETTER TIMING. NEVER LESS CARE. 💜🐾

Our Efficiency Is a Responsibility We're Working to Improve. Their Well-Being Is a Standard We Refuse to Compromise.

As All Furred Up Wellness & Pet Spa continues to grow, I believe transparency and accountability are just as important as the quality of services we provide.

We will continue to request our standard three-hour grooming window, with up to four hours for larger doodles and more extensive grooming needs.

I also recognize that we have experienced challenges with timing and scheduling. These concerns have not gone unnoticed, and we are actively working to improve our efficiency, appointment scheduling, and communication.

I sincerely appreciate your patience as we make these improvements.

But I want to be clear about one thing:

I will never compromise an animal's comfort, emotional well-being, or the quality of their care simply to meet a deadline.

Every pet is different. Some need additional reassurance, gentle handling, rest breaks, or simply a little more time.

🐾 During their stay, pets have access to fresh water and are given opportunities for walks and bathroom breaks. Their needs remain a priority throughout their visit.

Improving our timing is our responsibility, and it's one we take seriously. But rushing an animal through a service at the expense of their well-being will never be our solution.

Growth isn't about pretending everything is perfect. It's about recognizing where improvements are needed and making them without losing sight of what matters most.

Thank you for your continued patience, understanding, and trust.

💜 Because exceptional care isn't measured by how quickly we finish, but by how thoughtfully we care for your pet along the way.

Lori♥

🐾💜 WE’RE NOT JUST CHANGING OUR PRICES… WE’RE RAISING THE STANDARD OF PET CARE!

New Beginnings. Elevated Care. The Same Heart Behind Every Paw.

At All Furred Up Wellness & Pet Spa, growth isn’t simply about doing more. It’s about doing better.

As we continue evolving beyond traditional grooming into a more comprehensive, holistic pet wellness experience, we’re investing in education, specialized certifications, premium botanical treatments, and individualized care.

💜 Effective October 8, 2026, our updated service pricing will take effect.

These adjustments reflect the time, expertise, professional resources, and specialized attention that go into caring for every animal.

We recognize that size alone doesn’t determine grooming needs. Breed, coat condition, temperament, and individual care requirements all contribute to the services provided.

Our mission has never been to become just another grooming salon.

Our vision is to redefine local pet care by creating a destination where grooming, wellness, compassion, and education come together.

While our services continue to evolve, our dedication to your pets remains unchanged.

Thank you for growing with us and believing in our vision.

Transparency isn’t just important—it’s what creates a team.

A great deal goes into providing a grooming experience that produces beautiful results while also protecting your pet’s physical and emotional well-being.

Will every dog come skipping happily into every appointment? No, of course not! When you were six, seven, or eight years old and heard that it was bath time, did you rush home with gleeful anticipation? Probably not. You wanted to stay outside and play!

Hunter and Bella feel much the same way. They would rather roll in the smelliest “gift” nature has left behind than stop having fun for a bath.

What we can promise is that once they are here, they will be treated with patience, skill and genuine care. They may enjoy a soothing massage while relaxing in a warm, frothy bath—and we see the evidence in their heavy eyes, relaxed bodies and loosened muscles.

What you may not see is the thought that goes into caring for every pet entrusted to us.

Scooter may need a completely different shampoo and conditioner than Mochi. We make those choices only after assessing each pet’s skin, coat and individual needs.

Hunter may dislike the high-velocity dryer. Harley may be afraid of heights and need a moment to find his footing on the grooming table. Our big girl Harlie may be unable to stand for long because of a recent surgery and may need several breaks. Aging Sammy may simply need more time and reassurance to feel safe.

I could tell you something special about every fur baby who enters our shop, because we take the time to learn who they are and what they need.

That individualized care is what defines All Furred Up Wellness & Pet Spa. Your pets become part of our extended family, and we take tremendous pride in serving—and caring for—our furry community. 🐾

Attending the Hershey Grooming Expo has been something I have wanted to do for nearly 20 years. And I can honestly say out of the eight classes that I have taken and the certifications that I have earned the most important lesson is to NEVER STOP LEARNING! I intend on expanding my skills to aid me in providing the best possible care for my community’s fur babies!
