Welcome Chop and Sony to the Piper’s Place family! 🐾

Chop is a 2 year old French Bulldog and Sony is a 5 year old French Bulldog!

These boys are here to learn leash skills (both love to pull), helpful obedience skills, and manners around lots of people so they can join their mom on endless adventures!

Stay tuned to stories for their training journey over the next month 🤗

I’m so excited to see how much progress these 2 cuties make!

Haven’s 5th Annual Benefit Trail Ride is coming up next month, and we need your help!

Sponsors, volunteers, prizes, and support are all needed and so appreciated to help us continue helping animals in need everyday ❤️

If you don’t have a horse or experience around horses, don’t let that steer you away!

There will be dogs at this event too that would love to be loved on (some will be adoptable), and plenty of prizes to enter to win 🐾

Interested in you or your business being a sponsor?

Looking for a great animal-centered event to volunteer and have fun at?

Send me a message! We would love to have you 🫶🏻

Please consider sharing this post so we can increase our outreach and have the best Trail Ride yet!

Piper’s Place just turned 6 years old!! 🥳🙌🏻

In case I haven’t said it enough, THANK YOU. From the bottom of my heart.

Year 5 was insane and I can’t wait for year 6 to be even better!

The past year we:

🐾 had many new dogs and families join Piper’s Place

🐾 loved on and trained with our long time Piper’s Place members

🐾 pulled multiple dogs from shelters and helped them find amazing families

🐾 worked alongside wonderful shelters and our incredible rescue partner (Haven 12:10 Animal Sanctuary)

🐾 freaking WON BEST DOG TRAINER IN KENTUCKY 🎉

There are so many great things being worked on behind the scenes for year 6 that I’m so excited to share with you.

As a huge thank you, I’m offering several gifts to current and future members of our family for the month of September. Jump on these and let’s work together to help your dog become the best version of themself!

Cadiz friends - this is an incredible learning opportunity for your high schooler! Kelly and her team are AMAZING. Her grooming skills, business knowledge, and care for your pets is top notch!

📣✨ ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS & SENIORS! ✨📣

Are you interested in BUSINESS, MANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTING, or ENTREPRENEURSHIP? 💼📊

Have you ever thought about what it would be like to actually help run a business?

Here’s your opportunity to get real-world, hands-on experience! 👏

Furry & Fabulous Grooming Salon is looking for 1 motivated high school junior or senior who is interested in pursuing a future career in business management, accounting, human resources, or entrepreneurship.

This is an opportunity to learn the business side of a real, operating business — not just read about it in a classroom!

You’ll have the opportunity to learn about things such as:

📌 Bookkeeping & expense tracking
📌 Payroll & employee records
📌 Scheduling & appointment management
📌 Customer service
📌 Inventory & ordering
📌 Business organization & operations
📌 Basic HR processes
📌 Time management & budgeting
📌 What it really takes to run a small business

And just like with our baking opportunity…

👉 You DO NOT have to have experience!

Maybe you’re great with numbers. Maybe you’re organized and love making sure everything runs smoothly. Maybe you’re interested in owning your own business someday but have no idea where to start.

That’s where I come in! ❤️

I’ve spent years working in business management and operations, and I’d love the opportunity to mentor a young person who is serious about learning and preparing for their future.

What I’m looking for is someone with:

✨ A strong work ethic
✨ Great organizational skills
✨ A willingness to learn
✨ Attention to detail
✨ A positive attitude
✨ The ability to follow instructions
✨ An interest in business and a desire to learn

You don’t have to know it all — you just have to be willing to learn!

My goal is to give you real experience you can take with you into college, a future job, or even your own business someday. 🎓💼

If you’re interested, SEND ME A TEXT MESSAGE! 270-924-6027📩

And if you know a high school junior or senior who would be a great fit, PLEASE SHARE THIS POST!

💼✨ Let’s turn your interest in business into real-world experience — and maybe help you discover your future career along the way!
