Kissock Horse Center

Kissock Horse Center Acts 17:28 For in Him we live and move and have our being. KHC offers year round lessons, boarding and training.

They have led many youth and adults to success in the show ring, including Western, English, Showmanship, Halter, Trail, Jumping. The KHC show team competes all over the northwest (MT, ID, WA, SD), and have competed at the Scottsdale Quarter Horse show, the Denver Stock show for Paints, the Silver Circuit in Las Vegas, Canadian Nationals Quarter Horse show, Northwest Congress, AQHA Select World in

Amarillo, the AQHA Word and the AQYHA World shows in Oklahoma City. KHC host two camps each summer for youths looking to start their horse career, and those looking to improve their horse skills, and adult clinics in the spring and fall. Along with helping their clients to success in the show ring, Kissock Horse Center also offers the handi-capped rider program, Butte Special Riders (BSR), as Joani is a certified NARHA instructor. Each summer, approximately 50 children participate in this hippo-therapy program run nearly 100% on donations & volunteers.

OH YES SHE DID ("Eloise") & Erin Kissock Ryckman had a great show last weekend at the IEBHA Mountain States All Breed Congress.
Big plans for these two - can't wait to see what the future holds for them!

Eloise is a 2025 AQHA (APHA eligible) filly by SO MUCH YES and out of a CHOCOLUA daughter.

GOOD AND LAZY ("Uncle Phil") had a great weekend at the IEBHA Western States American Breed Congress in Moses Lake, WA, this past weekend earning another 18 AQHA points.

Am Sel WP (11): 3,5,6,7
L1 Am HMS (18): 1,1,1,3

We need to brag on Deb Purvis an MY TE LETHAL ("Mighty") a little.
A serious medical procedure last spring didn't keep Deb down for long - with each show, she continues to get stronger & stronger.
Last weekend at the WMQHA show in Corvallis, Deb entered and placed in seven classes (3 judges/placings each class):

KHC Riders have enjoyed successfully some nice Fair Shows, and now looking forward to Corvallis and Moses Lake QH Shows and Region 2 in Rapid City.
Butte Special Riders will hold its FUND raiser show and Very FUN Show OCTOBER 10th at KHC! Every $ raised goes to BSR!
