Update about the garage sale event:

Due to the heavy rain & winds knocking down our canopy, we have to re-set up for the tables in the morning.

Just to be safe: everyone who isn’t volunteering, whether you’re coming for cats, food, or garage sale, we’re moving the start time back to allow extra time to prepare.

11am is the time to expect all the adoptions, food, and garage sale activities for Friday!

Saturday start time we will update tomorrow. I apologize for the inconvenience in plans & hope you can attend & thank you for understanding!

We were trying to prepare ahead of time to start as early as possible but we had some unforeseen set backs.

Hope to see you all this weekend!

VOLUNTEERS: I will arrive at 5am. Please come as early as you’re willing & able. We will need evening help also so if you’d like to come after work, that’s fine too! We appreciate any help we can get!!

Buster was also adopted today and he looks so at peace I literally want to cry looking at the adoption videos of both Buster & Erie. Thank you to Petsmart workers for facilitating this for us so these two could spend tonight with their new families & living the way they should have their entire lives.

It was a pleasure to meet you both but it’s even better to know you’re in your forever homes this evening!

Congrats to both cats & their new families!

Miss Erie has certainly found her new family🥹🥹🥹 for all the volunteers who seen her when she first came in, to seeing her so comfortable & happy getting pets and cuddles is just such a good feeling!! You deserve it momma. I hope you relax and enjoy the spoiled kitty life as an indoors princess!!!!

We need all the help we can get this week. We can do early morning, afternoon, evening helpers.

Every day this week, any time you can help!

We are trying to prepare for our garage sale event this Friday and Saturday as much ahead of time as possible!

All while also dealing with the renovations mess
1. Cat chores

2. Laundry & dishes for cat chore volunteers

3. Deep cleaning the rescue & helping organize & tidy up.

4. Heavy lifters to help move everything to the garage & attic.

5. Anyone who wants to make the merch for the event. - keychains, jewelry, etc.

6. We are having tacos, nachos, cold drinks, possibly slushies, hot dogs, & desserts for the event. So we need donations and volunteers to make / bring any of the following! I’m trying to get coffee donations for all the volunteers also.

7. We are still taking garage sale donations. September 3rd is the final day to donate!

All food should be delivered on 9/3/2026 as well.

🎉 We need volunteers on 9/3 as well to help set the canopy’s & tables up!

If you can come at any time this week, for any task, please text me! New volunteers are welcome!

We are desperate for some guys to help us move the rest of the heavy stuff before our event this weekend. The guy who has been helping keeps canceling on me last minute and we’re running out of time.

3 of us girls did everything we could but the rest, definitely requires strong people!

Anything not individually packaged is okay, we can do that part!

This will be to sell & to feed volunteers🤞

If you’re interested, we need them by Setember 3rd!
