Ramandu — our bright little star.

Sometimes there’s that one kitten you look at and think,
“Yep. Everything just came together perfectly.”

The look, the type, the personality, the expression — everything you hoped for. You watch her grow, admire her, and maybe even feel a tiny bit jealous of yourself: How did I get so lucky with this girl?

And of course, a breeder’s first thought is pretty predictable:

Ramandu is staying.

As she grew, she just kept getting better and better, and for a long time, that’s exactly how I pictured her — as part of the future of Cat Paravel.

But sometimes, with certain kittens, your plans somehow start changing all on their own.

At some point, I caught myself picturing a completely different life for Ramandu.

Instead of thinking about what she might become in a few years or what she could bring to our breeding program, I started imagining her simply being someone’s incredibly spoiled and deeply loved girl.

The kind of cat whose only important “job” is to enjoy life.

Running through the house like crazy, hunting her toys, claiming the best pillow, greeting her people at the door, traveling with them, sleeping next to them, and being absolutely convinced that the entire house exists just for her.

And somehow… I really loved that picture.

Maybe sometimes loving a kitten as a breeder also means being willing to let your original plans change.

So our beautiful Ramandu — the girl we truly planned to keep for our breeding program — is now looking for her people.

And I don’t just want a good home for her.

I want to find the people who will look at her one day the same way I do now and think:

“How did we get so lucky that she’s ours?” ❤️

And to my fellow breeders — does this ever happen to you?

That kitten who is basically already marked KEEPER, everything about them says keep her!… and then somewhere along the way, you get this completely different feeling:

No… I think your story is supposed to be different.

It's so sweet to watch these little ones grow up.
They even sleep together.
In my opinion, cats should be affectionate and playful, without displaying aggression.

Some kittens are cute.
Some are charming.
And then there are ones like HIM— when charisma comes as a bonus to size.
Sweet, affectionate, playful — a total sweetheart.
But the moment I pick up the camera… everything changes.
He instantly turns into a model:
places his paw just right,
tilts his head perfectly,
and gives that serious look like, “Yes, I know I look good.”

He’s the largest kitten in the litter, confident, calm, and very people-oriented.
At 4 months old, he’s looking for his lovely family, ready to be loved, spoiled, and admired every single day.

🦃✨ Happy Thanksgiving, dear friends, clients, and fellow cat lovers! ✨🦃

On this warm and grateful day, I want to say thank you to every family who has welcomed our kittens into their homes this year. Thank you for your trust, your kindness, your updates, your photos, and all the love you give to our furry babies.
Your support means more than you know.

May your homes be filled with peace, joy, delicious food, and the sweetest purrs.
May your hearts stay warm, your days be gentle, and your cats stay healthy, happy, and endlessly spoiled — exactly as they deserve.

And of course, a little fun fact for the day…
According to legend, the ancestors of Maine C**ns arrived on the Mayflower ship that brought the first Pilgrims to America.
Whether it’s history or myth, one thing is certain — this noble breed truly carries the spirit of adventure, resilience, and charm.
