Practicing building some duration standing in the trailer today!

It’s been several months since Penny and I practiced getting in the trailer, and she hopped right on!

Only halfway on... but for Penny that’s huge!

After I stopped filming she offered me TWO more steps forwards 🙌 I didn’t even ask. It was a huge win and a perfect note to end on!

We are slowly re-conditioning the trailer from a scary place to a happy place. It takes time, so much time, for that change to happen sometimes. But it’s so worth it because we’re attacking the root of the problem (fear) rather than slapping a band aid fix on it that will just result in a bigger blow up down the road.
