We’re evolving.

This page originally started as a space for training horses and lessons.
And while that foundation will always be part of me, the work has expanded into something deeper.

It’s grown into Equine Intuitive Embodiment (EIE)
and to be clear, this work is not about training horses.

It’s about how we show up with them…
how we listen, regulate, and become aware of what’s happening in our own body and presence.

The horses are not something to be trained in this space,
they are partners, mirrors, and guides in the process.

At the same time, the work at Solstice Sanctuary continues.
If anything, this next layer only deepens that mission, creating a space where both horses and humans are supported, understood, and met in a more present and intentional way.

Over the next few days, this page will be transitioning to reflect that.

If you’ve been here for horse training content and that’s what you’re looking for, I completely understand if this space no longer feels aligned for you 🤍

If you’re curious about:
– a deeper connection with horses
– embodiment and presence
– the way horses mirror and guide human experience

I would love for you to stay.

No pressure either way, just an open door.

Wilmot Pride is on full display this weekend! ❤️🖤

A shoutout to Wilmot Union High School WIHA Equestrian Team members Bryleigh & Gwen, along with several other WIHA members from around the state as they represent Wisconsin Interscholastic Horsemanship Association at the Midwest Horse Fair in Madison, WI!

I wanted to share this so our entire team can “feel” this email…

I know this weekend was moving nicely along, we rolled with the punches, and created a nice schedule to look forward to for next year and years to come!!

For those that didn’t know our schedule changed for the better!!

Friday-
❤️English sms- Judge Kirsten (80+)
🖤Western sms- Judge Karla (80+)
❤️Reinsmanship- Judge Gary (13)
🖤In hand trail - Judge Gary (80+)

All of these classes ran with amazing timelines!!
(And numbers were well over 80 in both sms classes)

We had Judges, Ring stewards, Scribes, office point trackers, runners, and board members all doing amazing things so that we didn’t run well into the night!

🥳We HAD ZERO ERRORS, in our points tracking system. We shared a digital copy of points with all coaches, had monitors in P1 for viewing. 🥳

🤪Hats off to the 2025 State show committee team for an amazing show!😎

This October, an online auction all month long and a silent auction at our Evening Picnic on October 18th. 🐮🐷🐴🐐

We’re looking for raffle basket donations to help make these events extra special! Baskets can be themed (self-care, cozy fall nights, pet goodies, local treats, etc.) or filled with any fun items you’d love to share. Every basket donated helps us raise vital funds to care for the animals who call our sanctuary home. 💚
