Rosie
Today we say goodbye to Rosie Walker, our sweet, sweet dog. She filled our house with joy and love.
Rosie, 14 years old, Carin Terrier & Westie mix, came into our lives March 2014. She was adopted and gifted to us by Aunt Lisa Straughn and Lisa Bouchey.
Rosie became disabled in August 2023. She was staying at her grandparents house and jumped off her pawpaws bed and became paralyzed in her hind legs. With many chiropractic visits one leg began to work again, the other was permanently paralyzed. She didn’t let that stop her, it didn’t even slow her down. She could hold her own when it came to her and her brother horsing around.
Just recently Rosie hadn’t been acting like herself. She was sick and didn’t want to move nor eat much for four days before she took her last breath.
She is survived, by her parents David and Nikki Walker. Her brothers, Noah and Jax Walker; her furry brother, Cooper and countless cherished memories.
Rosie was loved dearly and we are so grateful for everyday we had with her. We will miss Rosie more than words can say.
