It’s a sad day dear friends! Today (6/19/25) will be the last day of operation for The Royal Canine… 😞

Our doors will be open until 9 pm so come and get your last wash in! 🛁

There are some boxes of holiday decorations by our front windowsill that are up for grabs for free as well. Take whatever you want! 🎄🎃🍀❤️🐣

If you are interested in purchasing one or both of our dog wash machines please reach out via DM. We will be loading them up Saturday morning and storing them locally until they are sold. 🤑

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your love and support for the last (almost) 2 years! Stay cool Burlington - we will miss you! 😎 🫶🏼

Still working through some things and there’s no point in locking up quite yet! So, business as usual until you hear otherwise… I’ll share a new official closing date when we lock it down but looking at the end of the month. 🗓️

Also, if you’re interested in purchasing anything in the shop (decor, furniture, fixtures, etc) please reach out! Selling CHEAP! 💸

It is with mixed emotions that we announce The Royal Canine will be closing its doors on 5/31. With 2 little ones and a plethora of other obligations, our family has decided to shift priorities. Owning TRC has been so rewarding and enlightening and we are grateful for the experience. Burlington has an amazing community of residents and businesses, and albeit sad that this chapter is coming to a close, only positive things are coming! 😊

If there is any interest in purchasing the business as a whole (including the building), the concept to operate at another location (including the equipment and existing following) or purchasing the wash machines (both or separately) to supplement a current business with ancillary income please reach out via DM. 🗣️

Poorly timed on our part but this is NOT an April fools joke…

As of today we kindly request that all our guests bring their own towels as needed, as we will no longer provide them at The Royal Canine.

Our wash machines are equipped with integrated blow dryers featuring low and high power settings, and additional time can be added in 3-minute increments.

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Unfortunately, after many requests and multiple notices posted throughout the shop / on social media, our request for the use of “1 towel per paid wash” is still being ignored. (Here are yesterday’s loads, 11 total, yet to be folded… Today I watched some guests on the cameras use 4 towels for their 1 dog.) Towels were a courtesy service but it has become too costly and time consuming to continue. 😔

AS OF 4/1, The Royal Canine WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE TOWELS AT THE SHOP. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN AS NEEDED. 🚫

We apologize to those of you who did adhere to this rule and hope that it is not too much of an inconvenience.
