Ameraucana bantams:

**ameraucana bantam eggs will only be available as a mix of both black and Ermine pens per order. We have a very small program for them. Our Ermine pens are ermine x black so appx half pf the chicks will be ermine and half will be black.
Bantam Ameraucana hatching eggs are $175/dz shipped.
While we strive to breed to the standard and show many of our breeders, sometimes we get 4 or 6 toe chicks or chipmunk chicks off the silkies and various color culls and the usual breed related culls on them and the others. All our current breeders are free of structural DQs and have limited faults but even the best birds will throw some culls. I plan to hatch out 10 chicks for every 1-3 chicks I want to keep as breeders and my show string. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
***PACKAGING AND SHIPPING***
I bubble wrap each egg individually, place in a carton, tape the carton shut, bubble wrap the carton(s), place in a med priority flat rate box, put a bunch of packing material in a large priority shipping box, place the medium box in and cushion around it. I always include extra eggs when possible and eggs when possible. Eggs will be no older than 3 days when shipped. IF buyer wants priority express shipping or a different carrier service used, buyer needs to tell me who on the day they place the order and I'll make a note and we will factor out additional cost for the extra service when eggs are to be shipped. I will go down the list as eggs are available unless buyer has a time frame they would prefer them, which should be stated when order is placed.
All pre-order sales are final. IF I am unable to fulfill an order my June 1st 2027, buyer will receive a full refund of the money they paid me AND have the option to be first on the list for fall 2027/spring 2028, and I will send them 50% extra eggs if they would like to once again be on the presale list. I will not hold money through the summer. Going by past trends i usually have them filled by early March.
Once eggs leave my hands, I cannot control how the carriers handle, transport and store them for their trip or if they get lost or impacted by inclement weather. Hatching eggs are at buyer's risk and no refunds will be given for lost or damaged eggs unless it's something USPS policy covers and USPS will make a refund for shipping. Insurance is automatically set for $100, if buyer would like to buy extra insurance they are responsible for letting me know the day they buy their eggs and I will make a note of it. I also cannot control a buyer's incubation practices. If they get lost for over 10 days and development is exceptionally poor (4 eggs or less), we can try and work something out on a new shipment. I want everyone to have the best possible hatch. :) I dont check buyer weather for hatching eggs, please let me know if you are going to have bad weather before i send you eggs. I will message you when I have your eggs collected and ask if it's ok to ship on that day. If not, I go down the list and we try again the next week.
For the 2027 season, since we are in Florida and I love how my fall and winter chicks grow here, I'm planning to start hatching for me starting mid November through April 1st. Might be sooner, laying is picking up from the birds who are done molting. Presales will begin being fulfilled after January 1st 2027. Presales will close January 1st 2027 and eggs will be available only after my incubators are filled, my presales are filled, or as assortments on a first come first served basis. Presales will be very limited so get them while you can. ALL presales must be made in full on the day they are placed or you will not be added to the paid list.
