Happy 2026 Red Barn Family!

After much thought, reflection and many tears, we have decided to take a hiatus in 2026. It’s important for me to have the freedom to spend time with family this year.

To all of our clients- thank you for trusting us. Thank you for supporting us. Thank you for all of your kindness and all of the laughs. Thank you for all of the encouragement on the days below 62°😉
Thank you for loving our farm and all of its inhabitants. THANK YOU for allowing me to create something that means more to me than I’d ever imagined.

It’s not goodbye- it’s “See you in a little while.”

In the meantime, I will still offer relationship counseling between you and your pets.😉 Helping build better relationships between dogs and their people has always been the most meaningful part for me.

I’m a sucker for green eyes and also for my dear friend, Penny who works tirelessly for the dogs at Bulverde Area Humane Society. When she called to see if Red Barn could help Fred- who’s had zero interested adopters- how could I say no?
So….welcome Fred, a 5 month old hunk of burning love to the Red Barn family. He’ll be available for meet and greets starting soon. We’ll get him adjusted and start getting him prepared for his FOREVER home starting next week!
