Since 2011, North Georgia Veterinary Specialists has kept its doors open 24/7, ready to care for pets whenever they need us. The team in blue scrubs triaging a patient, quickly assessing and rushing them into treatment. The internal medicine team watching monitors, searching for answers for patients who can’t tell you what hurts.

Draco came to us after being attacked by two stray dogs while protecting his canine companion, suffering wounds to his ear, neck, and abdomen, with the left side being the most severe.

After surgery with Dr. Oshin and about two weeks of care, healing, and lots of love, this brave boy is finally ready to go home!

We loved having Draco with us and watching him heal. There’s no better feeling than seeing a patient leave happy, healthy, and back with their family. 🐶❤️🐾
