We would like to thank our customer Suzanne for stopping our booth at All American Grooming Expo to give us feedback on our product. She originally purchased the products in March of this year. This is part 3/3, check out our last couple of videos to see what else she had to say.

In this video Suzanne talks about how she does not need to use a traditional extender since on our Signature Loop you are able to adjust the length. She also loves our scissor snap hook at the top, which makes it easy to attach to any grooming arm.

One of the things we love most about our loops is that as biothane naturally stretches over time you are able to grab a flat head screwdriver to tighten up the tab. That keeps the tab tight, so a dog cannot back their head out of the loop. It was great hearing from our return customer that she has been using our loop since March with zero issues! This is a grooming loop built to last 🛠️
