Sunday Morning Summer Camp Scenes ☀

We are over the hump with our summer camp, and the crew is fully in the swing of the routine. We got the baby bird dogs understanding the full meaning of the w-word, and we got the veterans helping the youngsters run bigger and bolder.

Our bodies are tired but our hearts are full - getting to fill the days with the wild expanse, and surrounded by some fine bird dogs and trusty horses (+1 mule)

We are visitors here for a short time, but the lessons learned in the prairie these dogs remember forever.

One of those “why didn’t I put this in my med kit sooner?” items: tubular bandage.

It’s lightweight, takes up practically no room, and can be incredibly handy for covering and protecting a wound, surgical site, rash or other injury foot. Cut it to size, cut space for the dog's head, slide it over the area and through the collar, and you’ve got a simple way to help keep a dressing in place and keep your dog from immediately turning it into confetti. 😂
