Haven't posted in a while, but this weekend deserves an update!

Combining a dog show with a trip to Grammie's house is always our ideal scenario... even when the weather doesn't allow pool time, we still make the most of it and gosh did we have fun! Here we go...

Pickle and Saffron dabbled in Lure Coursing on Saturday and loved it! The Greater Pittsburgh Dalmatian Club crew did a fabulous job, and we all enjoyed being a part of the process, mud and all! Both dogs got their first qualifying runs 🏆

Pickle showed well in Conformation on Saturday but did not like the wet grass 🤦‍♀️ - the weather has not been kind this weekend and the mud was real! 🌧

On Sunday, Pickle settled into the mud and was awarded Winners Dog, Best of Winners, Best of Op and Best of Breed Owner Handled! 💙💜🤍❤️♥️ this boy is a pleasure to show and bring us all such joy!

Thank you to judge Paul Scanlon for finding our boy for a 4pt Major- his 3rd Major 💚 2 points needed to finish.

This was on the back of a 4th place BBE dog at the Piedmont Regional Specialty and 4th place BBE at DCA (yes, we're consistent) which I haven't had chance to post about 🤪 Tennessee was fun!

💛 CH Symphony's Call Me Mellow Yellow 💛 SAFFRON! 💛

Saffron finished her Championship infront of family and friends at Vandergrift PA, Bushy Run KC on Sunday with a 3pt major from the Bred-By class, and then went BOB and BOBOH 🥳

Littermate Pickle 💚 'Symphony's Just Dill With It' 💚 was not to be outdone at his 3rd ever show, and took Reserve Winners Dog to a 4pt Major on Saturday, and Winners Dog for a 3pt Major on Sunday! 💚 This boy brings his owners and us so much joy - we are privileged to be able to show this LUA boy and we are so excited for his future!

Over 7 years years ago we first got in touch with Chris Aranowski enquiring about a pet puppy... and look where we are now! 🤭 The world of dog showing has taught us so much. Mama Cleo is my bestie, and it is truly a family affair with our children showing dogs, and Jon Potter fully involved ❤️ My work has halted show attendance for the past year, but we are enjoying dabbling in summer outdoor shows.

Thank you to Tara Tarbox Brumfield and Harvey Hortman for letting us use Charger - the pups from this litter are very special! Grammie Chris and Grammie Barb Allison are the best mentors ever and we really do cherish our time with you at shows, and socially!

Our local Hamburg cluster has yet again been good to us! Our darling Saffron took Winners B*tch all 4 days, and BOW 2 out of the 3 days the award was available. A few more points, and a lot more experience! At least I remembered to enter these shows 🙄🤭

We realised this evening that 💛Saffron💛 hadn't heard Jon play the trumpet yet - as we begin to prep for Christmas fanfare, it turns out that she's just as much of a singer as Mama Cleo 🤪😂🎶🎺 Volume UP! 🤭
