I love dogs so fu***ng much😭 I love learning how each individual dog of my client’s communicate, their preferences, quirks, you name it, I love observing dog behavior and how two different species can communicate with one another.

Bowie and I have a long relationship history & I feel very connected with her. I’d like to think she feels the same way. This visit with her is a little different, as she’s developed some heart issues and her new meds have made her not really want to eat. In this video though, she made it clear to me that she wanted something! She first pawed at my leg while I was in the kitchen and then I started recording… she is such a smart girl in knowing what she wants, where it’s at and knows I’ll listen to her!

This past Saturday marked 3 whole months with Siggi🥹🥰

Hard to choose only 20 images over 3 months, but here are some memories since bringing her home!

We’re still learning each other but have developed a solid routine together and she makes us laugh daily☺️ The biggest thing we are working through is making sure she is comfortable when meeting new people. She has been nervous when meeting some, but not all people and I’ve done a lot of reflection on what I can do better to set her up for success🥰

We’ve done 2 trips to Pittsburgh together!

Frolicked in flowers together

She destroyed her brush and several of the boy’s toys😂

Made it very clear she wanted me to share some of my goldfish

Slept like this😂

Kept me company when I got hand foot and mouth disease🙃

Kept me company again when I came down with another fever and sinus cold AFTER healing from HFMD

Strengthened her relationship with the boys💛

Made more dog friends!🐾

Was exceptionally cute all of the time

Modeled💞

Went on creek walk adventures!🌿

Kindly waited for a taste of our dinners 😂

Turned a single seater into a 2 seater

Squished

Sat in chalk

Did whatever this is😂

Saves energy anywhere she can😂

Learned that she loves to lick, sniff and shred things!

There is nothing better to me than being behind my camera, getting into my flow state and photographing dogs. It’s literally the best feeling in the world and I love feeling like a kid again… all giddy and excited about the magic that was created, that indescribable feeling on the ride home after a photoshoot, the urge to just start diving into the gallery, recreating the feeling of the photoshoot and getting to share that magic with you✨📸
