Animal Lovers Pet & Farm Sitting

Animal Lovers Pet & Farm Sitting In-your-home (if needed) farm and pet sitting service, based in Buffalo, MO. Let me know if you need some help with your critters!

Hey, I'm Risa & I am a huge animal lover, but where our family lives doesn't allow much more than dogs, cats, and chickens so I take all the animal love where I can find it, usually by small farm & pet sitting for friends & family! I have some experience with small & large animals (dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, horses, cows, and goats) & I'm always willing to learn more! So far, I've helped deliver a few critters, feeding/watering, grooming, stall cleaning, other farm cleanup, egg collection & coop cleaning, & general cuddling & loving on all the animals!

This is my current availability calendar. Reach out through messenger, phone, or text to schedule!
I recommend viewing it by month, much less confusing. 😉

I have learned over the years to allow myself some time to rest and yes, occasionally even recover, and enjoy my family and friends in between heavy pet/farm sitting weeks or months. This is why through spring and summer, I now take every other month off. This has greatly reduced that feeling of burnout!

And when I say I'm booked, you can see I mean it. 😅

Any overlap is local jobs and I always make sure I can do both.

So this summer, I am now taking bookings for July and September. I can do a day or weekend here and there in June, if needed or if you have an emergency.

Quick update!

I will not be taking new clients outside of the Buffalo area at this time. My current clients are still welcome to message me and I will let you know when I'm available.

I'm also going to be cutting back on pet sitting hours at this time so I can spend a bit more time with family and my own critters.

As always, feel free to reach out if you have an emergency and I will do my best to accommodate your needs if I can.

Enjoy this video of my active little chickies!

My new babies hatched last week!

Out of 12 eggs and then 11 (because I dropped one 🤦‍♀️), 7 made it to the hatching stage, but only 3 pipped & hatched. The rest died before they hatched. I wish I knew why, but stuff happens and I'm very happy with my 3 little cuties!
