BIG day at the club yesterday … darling boy Lloyd came by for a visit! 🖤
If you haven’t heard his story yet … Lloyd came to the City Of Buffalo Animal Shelter as a stray, and somehow, against all odds, found his way to Lexi. Their story became one of those beautiful little Buffalo stories that reminds you that sometimes the right things really do find their way back to each other. ✨
…And then came the missed connection. 📱
Lexi Ziccardi had met Lloyd, fallen for him, and then thought she had missed her chance to bring him home. So the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter put out what was essentially a “Missed Connections” post, hoping somehow, somewhere, the girl with the long brown hair who had loved this sweet boy would see it.
And she did. 🥹
The post took off, Lexi saw it, and just like that… two who almost missed each other found their way back together.
And yesterday, we got to see the happy ending. ✨🐾
Lexi … we love you for loving him so fiercely. We couldn’t have written a better ending for this sweet boy if we tried. Lloyd, you have NO idea how many people were rooting for you.
Look at you now, kid.
You made it home. 🖤🐾✨
