Found 9/5/26 in safe haven. Adult male white/tan dog. No collar or microchip. If you know where this boy belongs please contact us. We'll be open on Tuesday @ 12pm.

🐾❤️ A BIG thank you to the Galion Public Library for thinking of our shelter dogs!

They hosted a craft night and made these adorable bandanas for our pups—and we absolutely LOVE them! 🥰🐶

We are so grateful for the kindness and creativity of our community. Our dogs are going to look pretty darn cute showing off their new accessories! 🐾💕

This old girl was found yesterday tied around a telephone pole & the finder tied her under shade for the night in case the owners came back for her.
Found By Harmon Field on Clinton St in Bucyrus. She is safe and cool now at the Crawford County Humane Society. If you have any information on her please give us a call (419) 562-9149

***Edited to say we got a call today & we picked her up asap & was told she was found yesterday***

We can't thank VFW 1078 enough for their generous donation to us! We are so blessed to have such a supportive community!! 😍 Thank you!!

Thank you VFW 1078, Tom McGhee & Sarge for holding a gun raffle. $1000 was raised for the Crawford County Humane Society. Thank you to all of volunteers and bartenders that also sold tickets. Thanks to everyone that helped.

🦋 Wonderful Wednesday Pet Update! 🦋

Ross, now Posty was adopted from us 7/17/26 and we got some pictures and an update!

"Good morning, I just wanted to give you an update on Posty (formerly Ross)! He has been such a wonderful addition and absolute blessing to our home. He is so sweet, fun, energetic, and has SO much personality. We’re learning that he LOVES balls and toys with squeakers in them, he’s pretty great at playing fetch. He is very much a velcro dog and loves to cuddle and just be with his people. He’s rambunctious and funny, and we couldn’t adore him more. As for training, he’s doing great! We pretty much have potty training completely nailed down. Right now, we’re focusing on working on his leash manners and helping him learn to be friendly with strangers instead of barking at everyone and everything. He’s protective over his people, a mouse couldn’t get near us without hearing about it from him first. Thank you all again for everything you do and for helping bring Posty into our lives"
This super sweet boy is living his best life and we couldn't be happier😁

Titus was adopted from us last week and we got an update from his dad!

Monkey was adopted from us 8/15/26 and we got an update!

"Hello! Just wanted to give an update on Monkey (now Cricket). We definitely should have kept his name Monkey, he is a wild one! But at the same time he is very sweet and affectionate. He loves his brother Skeeter (even though Skeeter may not always reciprocate it). He loves toys, his water fountain, and cardboard boxes. He settled in very quickly with no issues!"
We are so happy Cricket has settled in so nicely! 🥰
