🐷 Is anybody missing these little piggies? 🐷

There were three pigs running loose near the middle school on Highway 120. We were only able to catch one, so there are still two more pigs out there!

Does anyone recognize this little one or know who they belong to? If you’re near the middle school on Highway 120, please keep an eye out for the other two.

UPCOMING PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT

Join Haralson County UGA Extension for a hands-on beef cattle field day designed to provide practical, real-world management skills you can take home to your operation. We’ll start the morning with coffee at 9:00 a.m. before heading to a local livestock production facility for boots-on-the-ground instruction led by UGA Extension Agents and beef industry specialists. Following the field portion, we’ll return to the Callaway Livestock Pavilion for a provided lunch and afternoon classroom instruction featuring Jason Duggin, UGA Beef Specialist.

💙 Meet Dynamo — a little boy who deserves a forever home. 💙

Dynamo’s story started in the most heartbreaking way. This sweet baby was seen being dropped off on the side of the road. The people who witnessed it tracked him down and confronted the man responsible, only to be told, “He’s not my dog.” 😔

So, of course, we couldn’t leave him behind. We took Dynamo in — and we are SO glad we did. ❤️

Dynamo is a handsome little guy, approximately 7–8 months old, and he is an absolute sweetheart. He can be a little shy and overwhelmed in his kennel, especially with all the unfamiliar noises and activity around him. But once he’s out, gets a chance to breathe, and realizes he’s safe with you, his personality completely blossoms. 🥹

He becomes the sweetest, most playful little guy who just wants to be around people and explore everything the world has to offer.

✨ A few things we already know about Dynamo:
🐾 Approximately 7–8 months old
🐾 Male
🐾 Housebroken!
🐾 Curious about absolutely everything
🐾 LOVES treats — seriously, this boy knows the way to his heart! 😂
🐾 Sweet, affectionate, and playful once he gets comfortable
🐾 Still figuring out what toys are all about
🐾 Hasn’t learned much about walking on a leash yet
🐾 A little patience, love, and basic training will go a LONG way with this boy

Dynamo isn’t broken. He isn’t difficult. He’s just a young puppy who has already experienced rejection and doesn’t quite understand why. He needs someone willing to give him a little time to come out of his shell and show them who he really is.

And trust us… the wait is worth it. ❤️

Look past the nervous kennel behavior. Look at the sweet, playful boy waiting underneath it all. Dynamo deserves someone who will choose him, love him, teach him, and — most importantly — never leave him on the side of the road again.
