Exciting news Facebook friends!

We are OFFICIALLY opening back up on Tuesdays starting the week of September 14th. So we will be here and available to see patients 5 days a week- Monday through Friday!

Just another reminder that we will be closed on Monday for Labor Day, so next week we will not be open again until Wednesday September 9th.

Go check your medicine cabinet! If you think you’ll need refills before we get back, please call now so we can arrange for you to get the medicines you need before the office is empty.

One last piece of big news: the office is getting a facelift! We are putting in new cabinets and paint, and making some much needed repairs around here. In order for the construction crew to come in and work, we will unfortunately have to be closed and out of the building. That means that our office will be closed the week of October 5 through October 9th.

I will post Reminders as we get closer so that you can all once again check the status of your medications and make sure that you have everything you need at home for your babies to settle in before we return. Will you be going on vacation? Will your pets be getting groomed or going to the boarding facility? If you aren’t sure if their vaccines will be due around that time, please call and let us know so we can check and get you in to be seen before we have to close that week.

Good morning Facebook family!

Our office will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

If you think you will need any medications filled before we open again on Wednesday, September 9th, please call the office this week and let us know so we can get it filled for you.

We hope you’re all staying cool- hopefully Fall is right around the corner! We are all ready for a crisp, 55° fall day, a good cuppa, and our favorite book bundled under a blanket.

Good morning everyone!

Just one more reminder that we are open all day today and will be CLOSED this Friday July 3rd.

If you need medications filled, please plan ahead so we can have it ready for you. If you need a check up for your babies before heading out to the lake this weekend, we have space for you to be seen! We have everything you need to keep the fleas and ticks away while you are playing in the sun and celebrating this weekend.

Good morning Facebook friends!

We will be closed on Friday July 3rd and open ALL DAY on the Tuesday of that week, June 30th, for appointments and med pick ups. If your kids are as scared of fireworks as my girl is, please call us early to get your medicine! I think they start selling fireworks a week before, and I know I hear them in my neighborhood as soon as they start selling. Well, Clemmie does anyway 🥺

We keep plenty in stock, but I want to have time to order and have it come in for you if needed. Sometimes I get 30 calls in one day, and I might run out and need to order more. I don’t want to be out when you realize that the time has come and you forgot! (Like me- is it almost the 4th of July already?!)

We can fill the meds and have them waiting up front for you to swing in and out, easy peasy. Can’t make it before close? Call us and we will arrange pick up so you don’t have to worry about being without meds.

And as always, a reminder to keep a collar with ID tags and microchip info on your skittish pets incase someone darts out the door and makes a wild run into the neighborhood (does it sound like I’m speaking from experience?) and make sure you close the curtains, turn up the TV, box fan, radio, noise machine, or whatever you have to cover up the sounds. Clemmie gets a blanket fort in the bathtub with her favorite Disney jams, and her favorite sedatives 😂.

Don’t be afraid to crate and cover your pets if needed for their comfort. Plan to give the medication AT LEAST 3 hours prior to expected events. I can tell it’s finally kicked in well for Clemmie about 3 hours in.

Good morning RRAC friends!

I want to make sure everyone knows that we will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 25th. So we won’t be open again until Wednesday, May 27th.

Please check your pet’s medication and make sure you have enough until then incase you need a refill. Also consider if you will be hearing any fireworks in your neck of the woods. If your pets are like mine, you will need some medication for the noise! I’m not sure if there are any Memorial Day firework shows planned, but I know I never want to be caught off guard.

If you’ll be having a great time on the lake this weekend, remember your flea and tick medication! We’ve been diagnosing tick disease almost every day recently. Call us and we will have it ready for you to swing by and pick up. Remember to have your pet’s I.D tags on them at all times while you’re out and about, and their microchip info handy just in case.
