We’re Hiring a Barn & Facilities Lead!

Silver Buckle Youth Equestrian Center is looking for a dependable, hands-on Barn & Facilities Lead to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves horses, takes pride in keeping a barn safe and running smoothly, and enjoys leading and supporting others.

The Barn & Facilities Lead will help oversee daily barn operations, horse care, facilities and grounds, supplies and equipment, and barn staff—while working closely with our leadership team to make sure our horses, people, and property are well cared for.

📍 Onsite at Silver Buckle Youth Equestrian Center
⏰ Part-time, non-exempt position. Approximately 25–30 hours per week
💲 $19.25–$20.00/hour, depending on experience
🌴 Paid Time Off (PTO)
🎓 Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
🐴 Strong horse care and barn experience required
🚜 Experience with tractors, arena equipment, and general facility maintenance is a plus

Silver Buckle Youth Equestrian Center is looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused Office Manager to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, supporting a team, and making a meaningful impact in a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting people and horses.

Our Office Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily administrative and financial operations, staff management, boarder relations, facility operations, and event coordination—while working closely with our Board of Directors and leadership team to support our horses, people, and community.

📍 Onsite at Silver Buckle Youth Equestrian Center – Brush Prairie, WA
⏰ Part-time, non-exempt position. Approximately 25–30 hours per week
💲 $20.00–$21.25/hour, depending on experience
🌴 Paid Time Off (PTO)
🎓 Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
📋 Experience in office management, administration, or business operations required
💻 QuickBooks experience strongly preferred, along with bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and supervisory experience
🐴 Must be comfortable working in an active barn environment around horses
