Artisans! 🖌️

This is a friendly reminder that you have until Sunday, September 6th to apply to be a vendor at our Pawtoberfest fall celebration!

This event will place on Saturday, October 17th at Midcoast Humane's Brunswick Campus. We're looking for talented makers, artists, and craftspeople to help create a charming autumn marketplace filled with unique, handmade goods. From cozy décor and seasonal treats to artwork, jewelry, candles, textiles, and more, we'd love to showcase your creativity. Vendor tables are $50. 🍂

With hundreds of families, pet lovers, and community members expected to attend, Pawtoberfest is a wonderful opportunity to share your work while supporting the animals in our care!

To create a vibrant shopping experience, artisan selections will be based on achieving a balanced variety of mediums and products.

Come spend a beautiful fall day with us, celebrate the season, and help make Pawtoberfest a memorable tradition for our community! 🍁

❤️ We love every animal in our care, but there is something special about Brody...

We met Brody on what was possibly the worst day of his life, after suffering horrific injuries during a domestic violence incident. Though Brody was visibly injured when we met him, his spirit was still shining through. His body language was loose and relaxed. His tail wagged. He leaned into every person who offered him comfort and asked for affection from everyone he met.

Today, Brody is safe with us, healing well, and he is available for adoption! The person responsible for Brody’s injuries has been charged with animal abuse and is awaiting trial.
