Hi Waggin’ Wonders family! 🐾✨

We had a staff meeting + training yesterday and let’s just say… it got a little competitive 😂

Welcome to: BATH WARS 💦👀

The goal? Level up our bathing + drying skills AND our team communication.
Here’s how we did it:

One teammate was blindfolded and bathing the dog, while their partner had to talk them through every step to make sure the dog got clean, safe, and pampered properly.
Two teams went head-to-head, and the rest of the staff watched, took notes, and spotted where we could improve.

It was hilarious, humbling, and honestly eye-opening. It proved just how hands-on bathing has to be and how important clear communication is when we’re caring for your pups.

We also did a quick Waggin’ Wonders trivia game on procedures, pricing, and operations to see who knows Waggin’ best — and to find out where we can all grow more.

We filmed the whole thing and dropped the videos right here for you to see the chaos, the teamwork, and the learning in action 🎥

We’re always training, always improving, and always doing it with your pets’ comfort + safety in mind. Because a clean dog is a happy dog… and a team that communicates well is a team that gives the BEST grooms 💙

Shoutout to our whole team for being such good sports and showing up to learn together!
