Our sweet and ferocious 4 year old pittie was diagnosed with an aggressive bone cancer last week.
If you know Jared and I, even in passing, you know that our two pups are the whole world to us. Oakley is the ‘O’ in ‘E&O’, and inspired this whole business of ours.
This news has been extremely hard for us to grasp, and we are holding on tight to the good life that Oakley has had with us.
We are pursuing radiation to help slow the progression to try and buy us some more time. Oak was given a bad hand the day he was born, but he completed our little family the moment we adopted him.
We are praying hard that his quality of life can sustain a little longer, so we can make just a few more memories with him.
