Westside Wags had gone through a ruff (rough) year. Bringing on a new employee (the birth of our daughter) and two major deaths in our family. Your dogs have helped us get through some of our toughest moments and we SO greatly appreciate all of the understanding and support we have received from our clients. As we navigate this new stage that life has brought us, we are making new adjustments to our drop off/pick up times and days available. We have always been flexible with meeting the needs of our clients before our own and hope that you understand the need for us to make adjustments with our family needs becoming greater than before. At the end of the day, your dog(s) mean the world to us and this adjustment will allow us to be the best version of ourselves so we can be the best for them.
If you have concerns about an upcoming reservation please reach out. We understand that some things were set prior to this change and are happy to find a solution that works for both of us!
Saturdays will not lack in care for your dog but give us an opportunity to reset for the following week🐾
