Look at this handsome dude! 👏🏼

When Bugsy first started, his world was a little bigger than his self-control. Now he's learning that slowing down, listening, and making good choices actually pays off. From working on obedience to building focus around distractions, this big guy has been cleaning up his manners one session at a time.

A calm down-stay on a public trail might not seem like much to some people, but for a young Cane Corso, that's a huge win. 💪🏼

☀️🐾 SUMMER HOURS ANNOUNCEMENT 🐾☀️

To help maintain a healthy work-life balance and avoid burnout, Balanced Companions Dog Training will be operating on summer hours from June 15th, 2026 through August 15th, 2026.

📅 Summer Business Hours:
Monday – Thursday
🕢 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM

🎓 Group Classes:
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📌 Weekend private lessons will be available on a case-by-case basis and will be very limited throughout the summer.

🏡 Board & Train programs will continue as normal with no changes to scheduling.

Thank you all for your continued support, referrals, and trust in me and my business. Taking a little extra time to recharge allows me to continue showing up as the best trainer possible for both you and your dogs. 💜

As always, current clients are welcome to text or call me with questions between sessions. I’m still here for you — just protecting a little personal time this summer so I can continue providing the best service possible.

Regular Monday–Saturday business hours will resume in mid-August.

Little dogs need training too… and Rocky is proof of that 👏🐶
This little guy used to drag his owner down the street and bark at absolutely EVERYTHING 😅 Until we stepped in, added structure, clear communication, and consistency.
