Welcome to the “BER” months!!
(As well as believe it or not Happy Holidays)

As the weather gets colder do you find yourself with a stuffy nose? Sore throat? Headache? Belly ache?

As our bodies adjust to the frequent weather changes so don’t our pups, with that being said this is the perfect time to start BOOSTING your dogs immune system to help prevent any illnesses that may come!

Foods that may help:
Omega-3 oils (fish)
Blueberries
Apples
Spinach
Carrots
Broccoli
Sweet potatoes
Eggs
Yogurt

Please do your own research on what your pups can and cannot have as some dogs are more sensitive to food than others. If you have any questions about anything please contact your veterinary office for assistance.

Last but not least if your dog is experiencing any of the following symptoms. KEEP THEM HOME AND NOT IN CONTACT WITH ANY OTHER DOG UNTIL 7 DAYS SYMPTOM FREE:

Coughing/hacking
Lethargic
Low/no appetite
Vomiting
Frequent diarrhea
Reverse sneezing
Nose/eye discharge
Low energy

Please be aware we currently have NO illnesses at our facility and in order to remain things this way we’d like everyone to be cautious about your pups behavior/body language before coming to daycare/boarding.

For the safety of all other pups that attend Dippitty Dog on the weekly, PLEASE speak up if you are unsure about a symptom!

Hey everyone!
