Hey everyone! With some much needed time off I’ve had some time to regroup & decided to make some much needed changes and refresh some policies!
- Going forward I will no longer be offering Saturdays unfortunately. Those of you who are already scheduled will remain the same but unfortunately, going forward I will just be working weekdays. I’d hate to lose any clients & would love to keep doing your pups but I need to prioritize work and life balance.
- All matting & desheds may require extra fees as the extra time it takes. Matting causes damage to tools along with many other things. This has been my policy but I will be enforcing.
-All dogs must have their proof of their vaccinations being up to date & our waivers signed.
-All clients will receive an invoice from now on once your pup is ready & you may pay that way or the way you usually pay is fine. This is just to ensure everyone knows the exact price & service done.
-All new clients or frequent reschedulers will be required to put a 50 % non refundable deposit in order to book due to the amount of no shows & last minute cancellations. Yes, it does go towards the total amount of the groom but is not refundable in a cancellation or no show or reschedule. The only way it transfers is if the reschedule is done 24 hours in advance. Emergencies may be understandable.
-Last but not least our prices will be going up on all services starting June 22nd, 2026. I have been very reasonable with my pricing & still will be. I am underpriced with the going rates around the area. The products, tools & equipment being used have to be maintained also. I want to continue to give every dog my very best in every aspect of their groom from haircuts to shampoos and bandanas. All services will increase $5-10 depending on the service.
