We've been working with Huck on a vet handling procedure for a jugular blood draw at the request of his vet and his people. We needed to back up a step today to a one hand hold, because there is an equipment element (muzzle) which he's also been working on and combining that piece with the 2 hand hold proved to be too big a leap and we want to be sure we let him set the pace on progression so we get good feelings about it all. We'll be back at it next week for the final elements. It's coming along nicely!

Field trip was all about meeting people this week! ❤️

New location, new people, lots of treats, and a happy time for everyone.

Even the shy puppies settled in and were happy to take treats and meet the new people once given some time to acclimate and feel comfortable.

We always let puppies go at their own speed and comfort level. They did great! ❤️
