Bantam Bungalow I just started raising chickens July 2014. I started with 2 Silkies & 2 frizzled bantam Cochins and of course, with chicken math, I have a whole lot more now.

We spent our weekend running to State College & Punxsy plus rearranging birds & changing zip ties. This humidity can leave anytime now! 🥵

I took a picture of this pullet as I was plucking her last night so I could post a reminder to all with crested breeds, check their eyes! When you hold them up eye level, you want to be able to see them, if you can’t, they need plucked or a trim. All those feathers blocking their view need to go. She also got her beak trimmed 😊
