The Race to Ground Zero has officially been rescheduled, and it’s shaping up to be an even better event! Mark those calendars for September 26th at 4 p.m., a move designed to take advantage of the slightly cooler Florida weather.

For those already registered for the original September 5th date, there is no need to worry—current registrations remain valid for the new date. However, for anyone unable to make the shift to the 26th, prompt notification is essential so those open spots can be offered to the eager standby list.

Updates regarding a potential practice session—exclusively for first-time racers—will be posted right here, so stay locked in to this page for the latest announcements. Newcomers are encouraged to check the event discussion board to see previous videos that offer a great preview of what to expect on race day. Get those dogs ready and gear up for a fantastic competition!

Mother Nature has other plans for today’s practice session, but the excitement for next Saturday's race is still full throttle! With the track currently too wet for safe training, the team is pivoting to a virtual meet-up instead.

Anyone planning to hit the track next weekend—or anyone just curious about what’s in store—should hop on the Zoom call today from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. It’s the perfect opportunity to get the lowdown on the upcoming schedule, ask all burning questions, and even introduce the pups to the rest of the racing community.

Safety remains the top priority, so while the physical track is off-limits today, the team is making sure everyone is prepped and ready for a successful race day. Check the pinned post at the top of the feed for the direct Zoom link. See you all online!
