🚨 URGENT: CRISIS HELP NEEDED FOR A BROOKLYN CAT IN 11235 🚨
Rockin’ The Meow community, we need your immediate help, advice, and resources for a heartbreaking situation happening right now in South Brooklyn (Zip Code 11235).
I am facing a devastating crisis. My beloved cat, Shooter, who I have loved and cared for since he was just an 8-week-old kitten, is losing his battle with advanced cancer and hyperthyroidism.
Over the last 24 hours, Shooter's condition has severely deteriorated. He has completely stopped eating and can barely walk. I know it’s time to make the ultimate, kindest choice to end his suffering, but he is facing a brick wall of barriers:
❌ Financial Crisis: Local private ER clinics have quoted fees upwards of $800, which is completely impossible for me right now.
❌ No Surrender: I absolutely WILL NOT surrender Shooter to a shelter in order for him to be euthanized. Shooter is family, and he deserves to pass peacefully with the human who has loved him his entire life. ME! 😔
