Nova-Scotia Acres Nova-Scotia Acres was established in 2025 but has been around since 2020. It is named for my daughter Nova, she is nuts about horses.

Vacation with the horses was wonderful. Bathed then, got lots of catch up done, bought a tractor needed extremely bad. Nova rode. We rode lots of 4 wheeler.
4th of July celebration was relaxing, fireworks were great.

1st ride off the season, worked with venom to have saddle on with lunging, Nova helped an elder man with fertilizer. We them groomed again, grained & hayed.
Getting ready for next week camping at the farm. VACATION for the big 60 BIRTHDAY.

I've always felt such a deep connection with my horses! 🐎 It's like we share a special bond, a true kinship. That's why owning our "girls" feels so right and fulfilling. They bring so much joy and peace into my life. It's more than just pets; it's family. ❤️ 🏡

Long cold hard last 2 months, every time we tried to start something, something else broke or froze. We prevailed. Horse are healthy & happy. Today we dewormed, gave spring core shots, loaded & unloaded 50 bales of hay. Ran all new electric fence. We are all full of power now. No frozen water, just lots of mud. Even raked the pasture fill of manure.

Love clean fresh snow, time to sled with 4 wheeler & granddaughter on tube.

Well, we leased another acre for these lovely ladies, cleaned it up, fenced it in, water through, feeder, & every 3rd day all 6 of them graze over there. Nova is a great picture taker as we walk them back& forth to the main pasture. Hate all the wet weather, mud every where. Got a shed for separate hay, got a shed for 4 wheeler. Even a little deco of garland& blue lights on the fence for the holidays.
