Nikki's Pet Grooming My name is Nichole Hensen. I live in Brooklyn and am opening my own grooming shop June 1st.

I have been a dog groomer in Jackson for 11.5 years and am branching out on my own.

For the last couple months my husband has been battling severe health issues. On March 30th his petscan revealed metastatic lung cancer that has spread to his abdominal lymphnodes. He had a biopsy this week and we get clarification of those results on the 21st. Unfortunately due to this I have decided to solely work in Jackson and close my Brooklyn location for the time being. My hours are limited due to his many appointments and having to take on extra responsibilities. But if you are in need of an appointment and don't mind driving to Jackson, please reach out to me and I can let you know my soonest availability.
Thank you all for your continued thoughts and prayers 🙏

It was doodle day 🧼✂️

As some of you know, in October our house flooded. Since then we have been in a rental house in Clark Lake. While my shop is not in my house, there are workers on/off the property, storage container, personal property etc. Due to circumstances out of my control, I am splitting time between my shop in Brooklyn and back in Jackson. I am still taking new clients but the majority of my time is spent in Jackson, I am working roughly one/two days a week in Brooklyn. I had to sign a lease in Jackson so it makes sense to work more where I am having to pay to work and where the clientele is more abundant due to some local groomers relocating.

With that said, if you are looking to book an appointment in either location you can contact me here or text me at 517-315-5258
