Upcoming workshop in South Korea 🇰🇷

Be the architect of your own system.

I used to get frustrated during my original NePoPo® Silver and Gold schools when I’d ask questions about various exercises/methods and would get limited answers from Bart & Michael

“Maybe …”
“You can …”
“It’s possible …”

I’d often say in exasperation: “You’ve been through the trial and error process … why don’t you just TELL ME what works and doesn’t!”

I knew my thoughts made sense theoretically. I understood there was logic in my ideas … science in my reasoning … but I wanted to know if it would translate when applied. I wanted a simple answer from my teachers, who I knew had already spent decades trying all of these ideas

“Just tell me so I can avoid wasting time by trying ideas that won’t actually work!”

It didn’t take me long to realize what they were doing. It was my first “AH-HA” moment regarding what it was to be a master coach

See, the *independent* trial and error process is never a waste of time. In fact, it is the most important part of deep learning

Through this process, you shape your mind to think critically, adapt dynamically, and ultimately, innovate independently. You learn how to identify what works, but more importantly, to understand deeply why it works. You develop a feeling, pay attention to context, and get the full picture (if you haven’t already, read The Talent Code by Daniel Coyle for the science on how)
