We had an amazing time at All American this year!
We shopped at the expo, took MANY classes, achieved new certifications, and even got to celebrate Ashley's birthday with a fun dinner!
We each had a different experience as we took classes that were tailored to our individual needs. I will share each of our experiences below!
Rachel:
I had a very successful trip this year! I became certified in Hair and Skin basics. It is extremely important to me to know the "how?" and "why?" behind the services we provide for our clients.There were many classes this year tailored to salon owners so I spent a majority of my time in those classes. Running a successful business isn't just for me, it's creating security for the girls I employ and the clients who know their dogs are in good hands. I look forward to applying the information I've learned and watching us continue to grow! I am so proud of my team for pursuing their passions and continuing to better themselves!
Alex:
My trip to the All American Grooming Show this year has been so rewarding! Learning about new products, new techniques and strategies, and of course spending valuable time with some of my favorite people! I took so many classes this year! From learning how to add some extra ✨pizzazz✨ to each personalized haircut all the way to becoming a Certified Enrichment Stylist! Everyday I show up to work, I take a look at my schedule, think of each individual dog, and what I can do to make their visit the best possible. Every visit I want the clients to know that every move I make is to ensure their pups have the best grooming experience that they can possibly have. Thank you to my amazing team and clients that continue to help my dreams grow.
Ashley:
I loved attending the grooming show and taking classes to continue learning and growing as a groomer! One important thing I did was update my CPR certification. I especially loved the senior classes since senior dogs have a special place in my heart after adopting my sweet Sadie later in her life. I love learning new ways to make their grooming experience safe and comfortable. I’m also proud to have become certified in doodles! I feel I can now provide my doodle clients with the best care and grooming techniques possible!
