We are incredibly thankful to be growing and able to offer more appointments! With that being said, we are still booking out, so we highly recommend booking your pup’s next appointment at pickup to make sure you get the day and time that works best for you.
A couple little reminders as we continue to stay busy:
Please pick up your pup within a reasonable amount of time once you’ve been notified they’re ready. We have limited space in the salon and need room for the next pups coming in. If you know at drop-off that you may need your pup to stay a little longer after their groom, please talk with us then so we can make sure we’re able to accommodate it.
Please be patient with us when it comes to phone calls! We’re usually hands-on bathing, drying, and grooming, so we can’t always get to the phone. If we don’t answer, please send us a text and we’ll get back with you as soon as we can. And don’t forget to utilize our online booking link! It’s one of the quickest and easiest ways to request an appointment.
We are so thankful for everyone who continues to support Southern Touch Grooming, recommend us, and keep our chairs full. We couldn’t do this without you!
