Found this little throwback from Week 9 🌱 Remember when I did pancakes for a couple of months??!!

At the time, nine weeks felt like we had really been doing this for a while. 😂 Now we’ve made it through 22 Saturdays at the Rose District Farmers Market, and it’s wild to look back and see how much Teeny Greeny has grown right alongside these trays.

Different weeks. Different harvests. Lots of learning. Lots of 4 a.m. Saturdays. And somehow, here we are still growing. 💚

Not exactly microgreens… but apparently I can’t go anywhere without finding the greens. 😂🌱

Found my version of paradise in the middle of the jungle. If it’s green, growing, and a little wild, I’m probably going to stop and admire it.

A little market update 🌱💚

Teeny Greeny will NOT be at the Rose District Farmers Market this Saturday!

We traded our greens for a little family adventure this week 🌴☀️ and while I absolutely love my Saturday mornings with you guys, sometimes you have to step away from the trays and go make some memories.

We’ll be back September 12th rested, recharged, and GREEN. 🌱

4:00 AM. 🌱 And this is only the beginning.

Before the market opens, before the tables are full, before the first customer ever walks up… there’s this.

Greens loaded. Van packed. Everything unloaded. Booth built.

All before most people’s alarm clocks go off. 😂

This is what a Saturday morning looks like when you grow a tiny business from the ground up — literally. 💚

And the day is just getting started.

I skipped the blackout phase… and LOOK AT THIS. 🌱🤯

Nine days ago, these were seeds.

This grow, I did something I’ve never done before — I skipped the blackout phase completely.

I filmed this last night, just 24 hours before harvest, and after years of growing microgreens, this view still gets me every single time.

I’m beside myself. 😂🌱

Tonight is harvest night. I’ll be going LIVE while I harvest all of this for the Rose District Farmers Market tomorrow morning.
