Celebrating 5 Years with Sarah Shea! 🎉

Five years ago, Sarah walked through our Clinic doors for her first day of work, and we haven’t been the same since.

She first joined our Veterinary Clinic team, bringing over a decade of hospitality experience and a natural gift for connection that made her a standout from day one. Her ability to build genuine relationships with both clients and staff made her a cornerstone of our .

Today, Sarah serves as our Human Resource Coordinator, and she’s made the role entirely her own! She leads our Employee Recognition and Appreciation Program, making sure our team feels seen and celebrated. She also coordinates our 360º Review process, keeping annual evaluations thoughtful, structured, and fair.

All that, and she continues to show up in the Clinic one day a week, where she brings the same first-hand knowledge to developing a phased training plan for our Veterinary Technicians.

What makes Sarah truly irreplaceable, though, isn’t any one program or initiative. It’s the way she shows up for the hard conversations—with integrity, with patience, and with a gentleness that makes people feel safe. She is dedicated to supporting our team through highs and lows.
