Summer Safety Tips for Your Pup!

The warmer weather is here, and while we all love sunny adventures, it's important to keep our furry friends safe!

-Avoid hot pavement – If it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for their paws! Walk early in the morning or later in the evening.

-Keep fresh water available – Hydration is key during these hot months.

-Never leave your dog in a parked car – Even with the windows cracked, temperatures can become dangerous within minutes.

-Provide shade and breaks – Whether you're at the park or in the backyard, make sure your pup has a cool place to rest.

-Know the signs of heatstroke: excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, or collapse. If you notice these signs, move your dog to a cool area and contact your veterinarian immediately.
