A little appreciation post for our amazing clients. ❤️
We are incredibly lucky to have clients who think of our team—not just during appointments, but outside of them, too.
We regularly receive flowers, food, homemade treats, cards, and thoughtful messages from our clients. Sometimes it’s a simple “thank you,” and sometimes it’s a whole basket of goodies for the team to share.
Please know that we see it. We appreciate it. And it means more than you probably realize.
Veterinary medicine is hard.
We are expected to keep your pets alive, relieve their pain, make difficult medical decisions, answer your questions, manage emergencies, practice the best medicine we possibly can, and somehow do all of that while trying to keep veterinary care affordable and accessible.
And behind every appointment, every phone call, every treatment and every difficult conversation are people who care deeply about what they do.
The mental and emotional toll of veterinary medicine is very real. Some days are incredibly rewarding. Some days are heartbreaking. Some days, we go home carrying the weight of a patient we couldn’t save or a family we couldn’t help in the way we desperately wanted to.
So when you take a moment to say thank you, when you bring us flowers, when you drop off food, when you tell a team member that they made a difference, or even when you simply give us a little extra grace on a difficult day—it matters.
Please be kind. Please say thank you when you can. And please remember that we are human, too.
We will always strive to give your pets the very best care we can. We just ask for a little grace as we do one of the hardest, most rewarding jobs there is.
To all of you who continue to trust us with the pets you love most: thank you. Truly. ❤️🐾
