Morning Light Farm is looking for a dependable, experienced full-time farm employee to join our team!

Position Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a horse barn
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Reliable to the schedule and with transportion and able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday)
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed

Daily Responsibilities Include:
• Stall cleaning
• Feeding and water buckets/tanks
• Turnout
• General farm chores
• Grooming/ Tacking Horses

We’re looking for someone who is already familiar with the day-to-day responsibilities of a working at a fast-paced horse farm and can step into the role with confidence. If you have experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoy being part of a team, please reach out!

We have a stalls available here at the farm in Brimfield MA. Farm owner lives on site; facility has matted stalls, indoor, outdoor rings, and plenty of trails. Head trainer is a USDF Certified Instructor and Silver Medalist and Assistant Trainer is a Bronze Medalist. We have full/rough board and training packages available. There is something for everyone- starting young horses, showing, sales & a close knit barn family!

We are looking for barn help in Brimfield. Duties to include all aspects of horse care including feeding, turnout, mucking stalls, tack-ups, etc. We have a boarding and training facility, so we are in the search for TWO individuals to join our farm family. Looking for someone who’s a team player, pays attention to detail, & passionate in their work!

Competitive pay, part-time and a full-time position to be filled! Horse experience and working at least one weekend day are a must.
