Cool weather calls for a cozy bowl of chili!

Try this easy recipe:
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 can kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 small onion, diced
Chili powder and cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the meat and onion, add everything else, and simmer for 20–30 minutes. Then top it with fresh Leaves of Two cilantro microgreens for a fresh burst of flavor.

Find us this Saturday at the Brighton Farmers Market, 8 AM–1 PM.

Stock up on cilantro and your other favorite microgreens!

Cool weather = chili weather!

Make a cozy pot of chili and finish it with fresh Leaves of Two cilantro microgreens for a fresh, flavorful topping.

Easy Weeknight Chili
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small onion, diced
1–2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown the meat and onion. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20–30 minutes. Spoon into a bowl and top with fresh cilantro microgreens. Add shredded cheese or sour cream if you like!
