Since we made you wait so long for the last announcement, we'll rip off the bandaid and just tell you now. It is with some sadness, that we have to tell you that these girls are retiring from the veterinary world. Sara has been with us a few years now and has been a valued employee and family member. While she may no longer work with us, we still consider her part of the Brigantine Animal Hospital family. She is finishing her senior year at Stockton this year, then gets married shortly after. She's leaving to focus on her health, school, and maybe that wedding, lol. She will continue to work a few hours a week for the upcoming weeks. She has threatened to come back periodically if we need her to fill a shift.

We will also be losing the clown car of dogs that hang out at her side. Nellie and GeeG have been such good dogs and it's been great seeing them grow, Nellie in size and GeeG in confidence.
We will miss them all and wish Sara all the happiness and success in the future.
There is a rumor that she runs this page and will continue, so you can always reach her through here 😊

OMG, I thought I posted this already, but then I received some notifications that I hadn't.
We are happy to announce the hiring of our new receptionist, Jill. She comes from a large veterinary practice up north, so have some patience as she adjusts to island time. She previously worked with Sara for a few years, so we know she knows her stuff.

You can bring towels or other donations directly to the clinic. Just let us know they are for mamasgonarescue and Sara will deliver to them!!
