Have you heard about Bridgton's Free Little Pet Pantry? A 24/7 community pantry for pets and their families! We knew this was needed in the community, but WHOA, food is going fast! If you're able, please stop by our location at 2 Elm Street to donate some dog or cat food (unopened bags/ cans).

Good Morning! Thanks so much to the folks that donated canned cat food and other supplies yesterday! ❤️🐾 The pantry has a selection of coats, a cat carrier, and a bowl mat.

We are running out of dog and cat food! If you're able to help, please feel free to bring unopened bags or cans of food directly to the pantry (large bags can be brought into Lakes Region Recovery Center).

The pantry is currently stocked with both wet and dry dog and cat food. There are also a few winter coats, a harness, bandanas, toys, and a bag of litter.

Good Morning!

The Pet Pantry could use some canned dog and cat food. We have a local pup who can only eat wet food and really likes the Nature's Promise Chicken and Rice dinner.

Feel free to drop off donations anytime at the pantry, located outside Lakes Region Recovery Center at 2 Elm St. in Bridgton.

Thank you to our wonderful community for the donations! We are so grateful.

A quick reminder: We can only accept pet food that is unopened and in its original packaging.

Our volunteers will portion unopened bags into smaller sizes and label them for pantry users! Large bags that will not fit in the pantry can be dropped off inside Lakes Region Recovery Center during business hours.

This helps keep donations safe and clearly identified.

The launch of Bridgton's Free Little Pet Pantry is a powerful reminder of what a community can accomplish when people come together.

Thank you to everyone who donated, attended the launch, shared our posts, spread the word, contributed supplies, and supported this project along the way. This pantry was built by local students and brought to life through the generosity of neighbors, volunteers, businesses, and community organizations.

Because of your support, the pantry is now open and available 24/7 for community members to take pet food and supplies as needed or donate what they can. The pantry is located outside of Lakes Region Recovery Center at 2 Elm St in Bridgton.

Want to help keep the pantry going? Donations of pet food, litter, treats, and other pet supplies are always appreciated.

Have pet supplies your family no longer needs? Gently used bowls, leashes, collars, harnesses, coats, and toys can find a second life through the pantry and help another pet in our community.

Thanks to our wonderful community, Bridgton’s Free Little Pet Pantry is up and running and fully stocked. We have dry and wet dog food, puppy food, dry and wet cat food, dog treats, cat treats, cat litter, a pack of dog diapers, a few small bowls, small collars, harnesses and leashes.

To make things easier, food bags in the pantry are labeled with the brand, main ingredient/protein, and any special formulas or dietary focuses, such as sensitive stomach, digestive health, indoor cat etc.

Take what you need, leave what you can.
